Maria in the chat was super patient helpful in getting my documents downloaded. For some reason I was having a lot of issues which took up too much time. John - the Notary was very professional and apologetic about the internet connection. He also explained everything and was friendly.

Chris was great. Chris helped me navigate the journal and took the time to explain what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. Chris waited as I completed each step. I vote for Chris as Employee of the Day.
